Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar recently expressed his discontent over the unsatisfactory service offered by Vistara Airlines and said he is disappointed with the Airlines. After the AI Safety Summit in the UK, Mr. Chandrasekhar chose a Vistara flight for his return journey.
He was not pleased with the condition of the aircraft and stressed the fact that while the flight from London to Delhi was smooth, he did not like the service quality and the state of the cabin which ruined the overall experience.

The Minister took to X to share his poor experience with the Vistara airline
Chandrasekhar mentioned that it was a new, nice, and clean 787 aircraft, but the litter and the food problem made him sad. He shared a photo of a Vistara aircraft cabin scattered with discarded water bottles and leftover food on the cabin floor. He said this wasn’t the best way to welcome visitors onboard an aircraft. He wrote,
“So I decided to fly Vistara from London to Delhi last (night). Nice new clean 787 aircraft and very smooth flight – but saddened by service and state of the cabin -food and litter not the best way to welcome visitors to India or compete with other global carriers”

I agree that cabin crew must keep up, but there’s no denial that 70% of the issue is due to unruly passengers.
Next thing one will ask is cabin crew not washing the seat belt or arm rest drenched by oil of food which copassenger wipped on during flight.

Sir, last week my sis came from USA on Air India, the situation was similar. And also she was not even given a pair of Headphones for this long flight like many others on that same flight. And the Attendants would not even come to their seat even after pressing the help button.
