Lucky Ali, also known as Maqsood Mahmood Ali, is an Indian singer, composer, and actor. He became a significant figure in Indipop throughout the 1990s, with numerous hit singles and albums.
Though, he began his acting career as a child artist, appearing in films such as Kuwara Baap, Chhote Nawab, Yeh Hain Zindagi, Ek Baap Che Bete, and Ginni Aur Johny. But soon he realised that he was uninterested in it, so he shifted his career and began studying the ballet style of singing, eventually releasing his debut album, Suno, in 1997.

Following that, he performed Ek Pal Ka Jeena and Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, both of which were featured in Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000). For the song Ek Pal Ka Jeena, he won the 2001 Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer.
In the 48th Filmfare Awards, he was nominated for Best Playback Singer Male for Aa Bhi Jaa, which was featured in Sur, however, he lost to Sonu Nigam. Sur (2003), Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), Anjaana Anjaani (2010), and Tamasha are among the films in which he has provided his voice (2015).
Since then, he’s been responsible for some of the most daring singles in the Indian music industry.
But despite growing in popularity day by day, he has remained distant from the entertainment world. However, it does not mean that nobody discusses him. His supporters have always adored his posts, but something odd happened later when he posted about his faith. On Monday, Lucky Ali posted a photo on his Facebook page. The photo is about Prophet Mohammad with the caption,
“I love Mohammad PBUH.”
While Lucky didn’t post anything controversial, his post got so much attention for some unknown reasons. People flooded his post’s comment section by writing Hindu religious slogans such as Jai Shree Ram and Har Har Mahadev. Whereas on the other hand, many people Muslim religious slogan Allah Hu Akbar.
As many individuals are becoming wrapped up in religious jargon, these religious comments led to verbal religious spats in his comment area.
Lucky comments in its own way
Soon after it goes out of hand, Ali replied to one of those comments, replying,
“You are my brother.”
His reply went viral within seconds. As of now, it has garnered more than 2.6k likes and many comments. While comments continue religious sloganeering, many people voiced their displeasure on what’s going on. Many people also applauded Lucky Ali’s patient and pleasant remark.

Apart from these individuals, many mature remarks were also noticed in these users who did not wish to separate people based on their religious beliefs and instead spoke about respect, love, and harmony between the two religions.
When it comes to Lucky Ali’s professional life, he left the entertainment world years ago. They do live performances throughout the United States.
