1. When a metro driver played a Haryanvi song of course ‘accidentally’

The metro passengers were taken aback when instead of the usual announcement, the Delhi Metro went into Haryanvi mode. How? well, its driver played a peppy track, ‘2 Numbari’ on speakers by mistake on a Friday night. There are a few things that we love about the city, the video of the moment that went viral shows the commuters giggling inside the coach while enjoying the Haryanvi track.

2. When videos of a woman went viral as she was filmed for wearing skimpy clothes while traveling in the metro

Recently, a video of a woman traveling in the Delhi Metro took the social media world by storm for how she was dressed. Identified as Rhythm Chanana, the woman was spotted wearing a bralette and micro mini skirt inside the coach. The clip went viral on Twitter and she was compared to Uorfi Javed by a section of the audience. A few netizens also called out the passenger who recorded the clip without her consent.

3. When two passengers took their household clash to the metro and fought over ‘1000 rupaiye ki T-shirt’

An alleged couple started fighting in the Delhi Metro over a tee in 2022. The girl bought a Zara T-shirt worth ₹1000. The guy felt the fabric was overpriced and said it couldn’t be priced more than ₹150. Leaving everyone astonished both of them slapped each other during the ride and de-boarded the train.

4. When a woman used pepper spray on her co-passenger over a fight

Two women sitting next to each other ended up in a heated argument and fighting over seats. Apparently, one of the commuters claimed that the other woman took over seating space more than was required. Things turned quite ugly, the viral clip shows that the woman on the left sprayed pepper over the right one. They didn’t just limit to verbal abuse but went all out to hand twisting and spraying pepper spray.

5. When two passengers had a dispute over a seat and one of them blurted out ‘yahin marunga’

Seating issues are not uncommon in the Delhi Metro. A video went viral where two male passengers standing in an overcrowded coach, engaged in an ugly fight over seats. In the clip, one of them can be seen threatening the other man, saying,

“yahin marunga baap ka naam lega toh”

6. When a group of passengers vibed to a bhajan ‘coz Bollywood is too cliché’

This viral video is proof that be it Haryanvi songs or bhajans (devotional tracks), the Dilliwallas can vibe with anything in the Delhi Metro. In the clip, passengers can be seen singing Shri Ram Janki in unison while standing inside a crowded coach.

7. When youngsters organized a musical performance because a little entertainment is necessary

While riding the Delhi Metro, two young artists entertained other passengers with their musical performance. In the viral clip, the talented artists can be seen playing flute and guitar while commuters enjoy the melodious tune. Wholesome, isn’t it?

8. When a man peed on the metro track as he couldn’t control his bladder

Public ‘mutravisarjan‘ was taken to the next level when a male passenger while commuting via the Delhi Metro urinated on the railway track. He was allegedly drunk. Reportedly, the incident took place at Malviya Nagar Metro Station. Its video went viral and in the clip, the man, who recorded the video, can be seen asking the passenger about his action. The answer goes like this,

“Woh thoda zyada ho gaya tha”

Yeh delhi hai mere yaar, Bass ishq mohabbat pyaar.
