The South movie Pushpa: The Rise was a massive hit with numerous fans rooting for superstar Allu Arjun. Fans are eagerly waiting for the sequel of the movie, Pushpa: The Rule. A new poster of the upcoming movie with Allu Arjun on it has made them anticipate more. On Friday, the Telugu actor posted the first poster for the sequel on multiple social media accounts.

The film’s first glimpse was unveiled on Twitter by the production banner Mythri Movie Makers in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

In the promo poster, Allu Arjun is seen wearing a saree, the post read,

“Happy Birthday to Icon Star @alluarjun #HappyBirthdayAlluArjun #WhereIsPushpa? #Pushpa2TheRule”

The video starts with news reports that Pushpa has made an escape from the Tirupati jail and was shot multiple times

Some fans claimed that the Red Sanders smuggler might be dead, while others speculate Pushpa has traveled to a foreign land.

The clip is over three minutes, it also shows his supporters hoping for his return. Some are seen coming onto the streets to protest and leading to a curfew in the area.

The exclusive footage is broadcasted on a news channel at the end. It shows Pushpa scaring away a tiger in the forest and giving a furious look to the night vision camera.

The last shot shows Arjun sitting on a chair and declaring, ‘Pushpa’s rule’.

In the poster, Allu Arjun is seen wearing a nose ring, jhumkas, and bangles with full face makeup and traditional gold and flower jewellery and a pistol in his right hand

Some netizens speculated that Allu Arjun’s part in the film is similar to Kantara, another film directed by Rishab Shetty. And others assumed that Allu Arjun is playing a transgender character. Few fans also thought he is going up to play the role of a goddess.

The covert plot behind Allu Arjun’s appearance in the Pushpa 2 poster is yet to be revealed

Pushpa: The Rise was about the rise of a coolie in an illegal red sandalwood smuggling ring. Sukumar wrote and directed it and it was first shown to the public in 2021. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna. Reports suggest that the cast of Pushpa 2 will include the actress, Sai Pallavi.

In the sequel, Pushpa 2, we might be able to see one major Bollywood A-lister, preferably one of the Khans or Ajay Devgn, if not somebody else as the director of the first Pushpa, Sukumar, has reportedly chosen to cast someone from Bollywood.
