Our lives cannot function now without food delivery. It has gained popularity and established a new social custom, giving customers a practical way to enjoy their favorite delicacies in privacy in their own locations.

These delivery services have given eateries access to a new source of income. The purpose of the marketing delivery service is to draw in more customers by offering the client added convenience. However, if we look at the bigger picture, delivery agents end up saving the entire system.

Delivery agents are the most important part of this whole ecosystem because they are the ones who bring our favourite foods to our doorstep within a limited period of time. However, it might be challenging to get meals delivered on schedule during the holiday season.

Video of a Delhi man welcoming a Zomato delivery guy with aarti went viral

Delivery agents frequently arrive late due to the increased demand and traffic, which is somewhat acceptable because we all get late at many points in our lives.

However, a video of a guy presenting an “aarti ki thali” to a food delivery person who was roughly an hour late has now gone viral. A user going by the name of Sanjeev Kumar posted a video of the entire incident on Instagram.

The Delhi man was amusingly humming the famous Kumar Sanu song “Aaiye Aapka Intezar Tha” when the delivery person eventually arrived at the door. Before getting his food order from the delivery boy, he even went ahead and applied a tikka on his forehead.

Many people have already liked the video, and it has received over two million views. However, people misinterpreted the footage and blamed Zomato and the delivery boy for having inadequate facilities.

While we all know that such videos will not make any difference to a big company like Zomato, it does matter a lot to a person like the delivery boy, who did his work to meet the expenses of his household.

Nevertheless, that delivery surely got lots of hate, and maybe that’s why he was forced to react to the whole controversy. He recently clarified his whole situation. So, let’s find out what he said:
