Vicky attempts to approach Salman for a handshake, but he is swiftly blocked by the actor’s security team apparently because of safety concerns. The video went viral and has been receiving mixed reactions from fans. While some dissed the way Salman’s bodyguard acted, fans of Salman Khan said “What a cool swag”.

Vicky Kaushal breaks the silence as he said “Sometimes things aren’t…”

Reacting to the video from the sidelines of the 2023 IIFA Awards and Weekend, Vicky Kaushal finally broke the silence. He told the PTI on the green carpet of the IIFA Rocks ceremony as we quote,

“Sometimes things aren’t how they seem in a video, Kayi baar bahut baatein badh jaati hain. (Sometimes things are blown out of proportion). There is this unnecessary chatter about things. And things aren’t how they seem in a video. There’s no point in talking about that.”

Soon after at the IIFA green carpet, the whole controversy was put to an end by none other than Salman Khan himself as he walked up to Kaushal and hugged him.

Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan are all set to host IIFA 2023 on Saturday that is today. On the flip side, Vicky is also currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming movie with Sara Ali Khan named Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. The movie is scheduled to make its release on the 2nd of June 2023. Meanwhile, Salman Khan will next be seen in his spy-thriller, the third installment of The Tiger aka Tiger 3. He will be seen with Katrina Kaif and Emran Hashmi among others.
