When booking a train or aircraft ticket, most people prefer window seats, especially when one is traveling alone. In a recent incident, a passenger had a disappointing experience when he found out that the window seat he booked turned out to be an aisle seat after boarding the Vande Bharat train.
Imagine the dissatisfaction of a passenger when your seat layout is incorrect in the semi-high-speed set. The passenger took to social media platform X and complained to Indian Railways about the same.
