Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has been making headlines for her association with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant. She has often been spotted at cricket matches in the presence of Rishabh Pant and her controversial posts on social media targeting the cricketer have surfaced many a time. Recently Uravashi again made headlines but this time for not attending a match.

In the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), Rishabh Pant reached Arun Jaitley Stadium. The cricketer cheered his team Delhi Capitals in their first home match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 against Gujarat Titans. For a long time, the cricketer was missing in action as Rishabh was recovering from his surgeries after his car accident in December. In the IPL made he made his first public appearance after the unfortunate incident.

Even after Rishabh Pant’s accident, Urvashi Rautela was all over the news for posting an image of Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. People speculated that she might have visited the cricketer there. The post was shared right after Rishabh was transferred to the hospital in suburban Andheri from Dehradun for treatment after the accident.

It all started with the controversial placard that went viral. The image also features a cropped photo of what appears to be a glimpse of Rishabh Pant at the Delhi Capitals Vs Gujarat Titans match. While the face of the cricketer is not clearly visible, a portion of Rishabh’s white shirt can be seen in the picture.

Urvashi was quick to question the intention of the girl holding the placard that mentions her name

Urvashi questioned the intentions behind the photo where the placard read,

“Thank God Urvashi is not here.”

Urvashi posted a screengrab of the viral placard on Instagram and simply wrote,

“Why?”
