Being 37 years old, Dhawan is well past his prime. However, his performance in the ongoing IPL very well portrays that age is just a number. The Punjab Kings skipper, Dhawan is performing his absolute best in this season. So far in three matches, he has scored 225 runs and won the Player of the Match award for his 99-run knock in the most recent match.

However, sadly even after hitting a solid 99 his team had to face defeat. Dhawan expressed his disappointment with the batting unit’s performance.
