Sanjana Ganesan Savage Reply To Troll For Targeting Husband Jasprit Bumrah Is Winning Internet

The popularity of cricket is increasing every year in India. It is now a game that one may play to get famous. As a result, someone who has been a long-time cricket player is now considered both a cricket player and a celebrity.

We have witnessed cricketers living the celebrity lifestyle throughout the years, and several of them have married actresses or other famous ladies. But being a wife of a celebrity-like personality is nothing less than a dream for many women.

While we have already seen how cricketers and their wives proudly stand with each other even in a tough situation, many of them also did bowling for their cricketer husbands on social media, and a recent example of this is Sanjana Ganesan, India’s star bowler Jasprit Bumrah’s wife.

Recently, Sanjana Ganesan, a former reality TV star who is now a sports broadcaster, posted an old photo of herself and her husband, cricketer Jasprit Bumrah. While the couple received a lot of positive comments on their vacation photo, some trolls also appeared in the comments section to call them out for taking a trip while the Indian cricket team was struggling.

However, Sanjana put one of them in their place and pointed out that it was an old photo with a sarcastic comment, taking the other to check. So, let’s have a look at what actually happened:

Due to fitness concerns, Jasprit Bumrah is not a member of the Indian side competing in the current Asia Cup. In consideration of the Indian team’s demanding schedule going forward, which includes a World Cup in a year, the fast bowler has been rested for the competition.

In his absence, the squad fell to Pakistan in a critical game on Sunday, and many believed his inclusion in the lineup may have made a difference.

As a result, people started making fun of the two when Sanjana shared a throwback vacation photo of them on Monday, disregarding the fact that the caption said “throwback.” Sanjana shared a photo of the pair relaxing on a boat with the ocean in the backdrop and captioned,

“just a lovely #throwback photo of Jasprit, me and Jasprit’s sneakers (the real stars of this picture).”

Within seconds, the comment section of her post was flooded with lots of mixed responses. While many people are giving them best wishes, some trolls tried to badmouth Bumrah and his absence from the Asia Cup.

As one user commented,

“Waha India ki m**-b**** pade hui hai or yeh gum rahe”

Without wasting time, Sanjana directly responded to the troll by replying to his comment. She wrote,

“Throwback photo hai, dikhta nahi kya chomu aadmi”

Many of Sanjana’s admirers welcomed her somewhat biting response, with the majority claiming that she had “clean bowled” the troll in the same way that her husband does against batters of the rival team.

Sanjana started out as a model and competed in the 2014 Miss India pageant, where she placed third. Later that year, she participated in the renowned reality series MTV Splitsvilla, earning her first claim to fame.

Later, she made the transition to sports presenting, holding an exclusive programme for Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders and presenting pre-match shows for the IPL and World Cup. Last year in Goa, Sanjana and Jasprit were married in a private ceremony.
