Sachin Tendulkar Heartily Applauds Dinesh Karthik, DK’s Response Is A Pure Gold

Dinesh Karthik, the senior Indian cricketer, is in superb form in the IPL 2022, and everyone is talking about how he has risen as a finisher for his IPL squad Royal Challengers Bangalore. Previously, Dinesh Karthik headed Kolkata Knight Riders, but he was substituted by Eoin Morgan following the team’s dismal performance, and the franchise released him before the IPL 2022 mega-auction.

RCB paid Rs. 5.5 crore for the wicketkeeper-batsman, and it is fair to say that he is doing everything he can to defend his acquisition. In a video posted on the 100MB app and YouTube, Tendulkar praised Karthik in particular while assessing the IPL 2022 match between RCB and Chennai Super Kings, claiming that RCB’s lower order has a very dangerous player in the form of Dinesh Karthik, who is a 360-degree player and can bat against both spin and pace.

Dinesh started to attack from the very first ball, according to Sachin Tendulkar, and he doesn’t make up his decision to hit the ball right away; instead, he studies the line and length of the ball first and then plays the shot appropriately. The RCB squad has had a mediocre IPL 2022 season thus far, presently sitting in 6th place on the points table. So far, the team has played five games, with three victories and two defeats. Following a loss to Punjab Kings to begin the season, RCB went on to win the following three games, defeating the sides of previous year’s finalist Kolkata Knight Riders, five-time IPL champion Mumbai Indians, and first IPL champion Rajasthan Royals.

The three-match winning streak came to an end in the preceding match, when they were defeated by reigning champions CSK. The club will be trying to beat the Delhi Capitals in their upcoming encounter.

In the five matches played so far in the IPL 2022, Dinesh Karthik has scored 131 runs as a wicketkeeper-batsman. He is presently RCB’s second-highest run scorer in the IPL 2022, only trailing behind skipper Faf du Plessis.
