It would be accurate to describe the railroads as our nation’s lifeline. However, despite this, there are a number of hygienic and comfort-related problems with Indian Railways that detract from travelers’ overall travel experiences. Poor food quality, unclean facilities, and incorrect seating arrangements are among the most frequent complaints.

Now, with the advent of social media, many travelers have recently taken to social media to draw attention to the terrible state of trains. In a specific instance, a user on X recently shared a startling incident that happened aboard the Jnaneswari Express. The traveler, who reserved a seat in the First AC carriage, complained that his luggage, which was put beneath the seat, had been harmed by mice.
