Tata also designed a beach bungalow in Alibaug, but the future of this property also remains unclear as of now. Additionally, Tata and his stepbrother Noel Tata inherited a two-storey house on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai. However, it has been empty for over 20 years and is reportedly up for sale.
