Arun Govil Gets Disappointed

The northern Indian city of Ayodhya has recently become a center of attention everywhere. It’s all because Ram Mandir has finally been inaugurated at Lord Ram’s birthplace after a long wait. Starting in the 1980s as a movement, Prime Minister Narendra Modi finally completed the long-standing goal of BJP. Not only this but the event also marked the end of long-standing tensions between the country’s Hindus and Muslims.

The ornate ceremony was witnessed by millions of people on television on January 22. Modi officially opened the Ram Mandir, an expansive complex of temples devoted to the Hindu deity Ram. He conducted a consecration ceremony and performed rites in front of a recently constructed idol of Lord Ram. The idol, made by sculptor Arun Yogiraj, was around four feet tall and was decorated with gold and flowers.
