Known as the lifeline of India, the vast Indian Railways represent the social fabric and rich history of the country. It serves as a massive network that links distant villages to busy cities. Originating during the British colonial era, this intricate system has evolved into a crucial transportation artery, facilitating the movement of millions of passengers and goods daily, contributing significantly to the national economy.
Indian Railways’ extensive network cuts across diverse landscapes, serving as a uniting factor that promotes both cultural and economic interchange. Nevertheless, there are a number of difficulties involved in running such a large network. Some of them include supervising a sizable crew, guaranteeing passenger safety, and upholding timeliness and cleanliness.

One of the persistent problems of the railway is overcrowding, which frequently turns journeys for passengers into a terrifying nightmare. A recent incident highlighted this ongoing problem, where a traveler discovered an individual lying inside a train toilet along with water bottles.

Water bottles are in the toilet and people are in the toilet, the area between the compartments, wherever there is space. What awards did you get? #IndianRailways”
