Netizens are talking about the ‘cage fight’ between Twitter owner Elon Musk and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. With the launch of Instagram Threads, people are speculating that it will add fuel to it. Meta launched the new text-based Threads app on July 5. It has been dubbed as the ‘Twitter killer’, as millions of users registered for this new service of the Instagram within a few hours after its launch.
Among the people sharing their opinions on social media, one post came from a parody account called ‘Elon Musk (Parody)’.

All of it started a few days ago when Musk took to Twitter and shared he is up for a ‘cage fight’ with Mark Zuckerberg. The tweet soon got a reply from Meta CEO Zuckerberg who shared a reply on Instagram. Mark shared a screenshot of Elon Musk’s tweet on his Instagram story and wrote,
“Send me location.”
The tweet from the parody account became viral and even reached Twitter CEO Elon Musk who gave a savage reply
The spoof account of Elon Musk on Twitter, Elon Musk (Parody), has captured the attention of many on the Internet. In the middle of the legal trouble between Musk and Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg, this parody account has been making waves.
The tweet from the parody account was posted after a day when Meta rolled out Threads.

The other tweets shared by the parody account usually refer to Zuckerberg as ‘Lizard boy’ instead of using his name.
Netizens thought that the tweet was shared by the Twitter CEO himself, so the parody account grasped more than 30 million views
It got around 60,000 retweets and also a response from Musk. In response to the tweet, Elon Musk said,

According to Guinness World Records, MrBeast became the first person to reach 1 million followers on Threads. He reached the “milestone at 2:42 p.m. (BST) / 9:42 a.m. (EST) on 6 July”.
After Elon Musk’s response, the parody account shared the screenshot of the tweets and wrote,

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Threads is facing a lawsuit that is claiming that the app violates Twitter’s “intellectual property right.” Elon Musk’s lawyer Alex Spiro has even reported to Mark Zuckerberg, accusing him of,
“unlawful misappropriation of Twitter’s trade secrets and other intellectual property.”
Meta was also charged with hiring dozens of former Twitter employees, who “continue to have access to Twitter’s trade secrets and other highly confidential information.”
Elon Musk’s letter asserted that,

“Twitter intends to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights.”
Responding to this, Meta claimed that the engineering team at Threads does not have any former Twitter employees.
