Railways Respond After Man Assaults Passengers With Belt From Another Moving Train

In addition to traumatizing individuals directly engaged, the video made people made daily commuters fearful and uneasy. While many people called him a psychopath and crazy, others raised their voices for better security arrangements on trains.
