Blinkit new year

On the thrilling evening of December 31, 2023, countless people took part in various celebrations. As the globe said goodbye to the old year and welcomed the new one, people couldn’t stop celebrating it. The festivities ranged from lavish parties held in five-star hotels to intimate get-togethers at home, highlighted by delicious feasts shared with loved ones.

However, in the middle of all this wild partying, a good chunk of individuals decided to order meals online for convenience. Needless to say, it resulted in an increase in delivery requests. Something similar also happened with Blinkit, a grocery delivery app. While most of the delivery requests are quite normal, one specific request even left Blinkit confused.

It all began when a client complained that something was missing from the chips and beverages they had bought for the New Year’s celebration. Akash, the customer service professional, set out to address the issue. Inquiring further, Akash asked, “Can you please tell me what is missing from your order?”

The customer humorously replied, “Friends to party with,” accompanied by crying face emojis. He also inquired if the delivery rider could stay back.
