After a protracted delay, Mahindra began shipping the Mahindra Scorpio-N, known as the “Big Daddy of SUVs,” on September 26, the first day of Navratri. This model is one of the most anticipated cars of 2022, and that’s why it acquired a large fan following even before its shipping.
On July 30, the first day of its booking, the Scorpio-N series had a tremendous reaction, with more than one lakh bookings being made in only 30 minutes.

This SUV is a brand-new SUV that bears little resemblance to the earlier Scorpio model, which is currently marketed as the Scorpio Classic. The new Scorpio N has elegant features and quality aesthetics. It comes in five model levels and has both diesel and gasoline engines. It also provides a two-wheel drive and an all-wheel drive option in all of its variations.
Olympic wrestler Geeta Phogat gets Mahindra Scorpio-N home
The Mahindra Scorpio-N got so many overwhelming responses that even Geeta Phogat, a well-known Olympic wrestler who has given honour and fame to India by winning several medals, was one of the first recipients to drive the Mahindra Scorpio-N home.
Taking to Twitter, she tweeted a number of photos with her husband, wrestler Pawan Kumar, and their son, and their new car, along with a caption,

After Geeta congratulated him for building such an incredible car, Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra, responded to her tweet in his own style
In response to her tweet, he expressed the hope that the “Big Daddy of SUVs” is just as tough as she is. Quoting her tweet, he wrote,
“This is a bonus. What a privilege to have you, Geeta, as one of our first customers for the Scorpio-N. We’re basking in your Gold Medal Glory! And we hope our car proves to be as tough as you! @geeta_phogat”

His tweet went viral and many other people congratulated Geeta for buying this stylish car. Many, on the other hand, are also hoping that their car will come soon.

Mahindra aims to start delivering a batch of 7,000 SUVs in the first 10 days, beginning on the first day of Navratri 2022. Mahindra initially only allowed reservations for the first 25,000 units, with an introductory price of Rs. 11.99 lakh, and all 25,000 reservations were made on a single day.
Customers will receive their new Scorpio-N in the first two months beginning on September 26. Mahindra will give priority to deliveries of the Z8L variant.
The Mahindra Scorpio-N 2022 is reserved for the next two years, and the waiting period varies according to the model and engine gearbox choices selected.
