Her 14-month old son Izhaan also accompanied her to Australia whose ‘entourage’ is bigger than her, as per Sania Mirza. Talking in an interview, Sania revealed that,
“Izhaan’s entourage is bigger than hers which only makes it possible to devote 100 percent into the training.”
Sania says my baby wakes up multiple times during night but I never let these mommy things affect my game. She added,
“It is a little more complicated. He sleeps in the same bed as me still, so he wakes up a couple of times a night. It’s basic things like that that you probably don’t think about when you’re not a mum. It’s things like that. I’m really lucky. I have a lot of help. My mum is there. My parents have been a great support. There’s no way I would have done it without them.”

Sania Mirza’s comeback into the game as a mother is being hailed as an inspiration as we rarely see a sports woman in our country like ours making a comeback in the game again after becoming a mother. However kudos to the efforts of super moms like Sania Mirza and Mary Kom who have been an inspiration for us. Talking about it Sania said,
“I feel especially in the part of the world that I come from, when women have a kid or kids, it’s treated as kind of an end of their world, it’s all about the children. I feel that women are made to feel if they go out and chase their dreams, they’re probably not the best mothers in the world. I hope that changes.”
She further added,
“I hope that if my victory or even one match can inspire even one woman to follow her dream or heart, I would be really, really privileged.”
After Sania’s win many on social media lauded the tennis star for her amazing comeback. Yuvraj Singh congratulated Sania Mirza delighted by the comeback of tennis star after a long gap, via Twitter. The former cricketer twitted
