Vijay Deverakonda Responds After Sara Ali Khan Says She Wants To Date Him

Vijay Deverakonda is undoubtedly been one of the most talked about celebs from the Telugu industry as he is going to make his upcoming Bollywood debut with the film Liger, alongside Ananya Panday.  The skies are on Deverakonda’s side, and he has been dubbed everything from the “Blue-eyed boy of the industry” to the “surprise package.”

He is one of the most gifted actors in the Telugu cinema business, succeeding in a range of characters from the charming youngster from “Gita Govindam” to the really obnoxious brat like Arjun Reddy. It goes without saying that along with all the professional highs, there is also a lot of admiration. Many people including various celebrities from all over India have showered their praise on him.

And this time, it came from none other than Sara Ali Khan!

The second episode of Koffee With Karan 7 with Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor has a teaser that was released earlier today for those who are unfamiliar with it. Sara was asked to suggest a celebrity she would be interested in dating right away by Karan Johar. Interestingly, Sara took Vijay’s name and surprised everyone. Her answer has garnered a lot of attention from all over the country including Vijay Deverakonda.

But unsurprisingly, Vijay also has a cute response to that.

When Sara Ali Khan admitted that she would be interested in dating the Telugu actor, Vijay Deverakonda responded in the cutest way possible.

The “Liger” actor has now responded to the footage. Vijay uploaded the teaser on his Instagram Stories along with a heartfelt message for Sara in which she mentioned his name. Along with the video, he wrote,

“I love how you say ‘Deverakonda’. Cutest. Sending big hugs and my affection (heart emoji).”

Sara’s debut appearance of Koffee With Karan seems to be referenced in Karan’s inquiry regarding the star she has a crush on or would like to date. Sara was asked a similar question back in 2018 when she made an appearance on the show with Saif Ali Khan, and she responded by mentioning Kartik Aaryan. Soon after, there was a flurry of relationship rumours. When rumours of their breakup surfaced, it came to an end. So yet, no one has formally confirmed the information.

However, on the other hand, Sara Ali Khan posted a photo she took with Vijay Deverakonda on her Instagram stories. Sara and Vijay are shown grinning broadly in the photo, which she captioned “Fan moment.”

On the professional front, Vijay Deverakonda has finished filming his forthcoming movie Liger. In the movie Liger, which is directed by Puri Jagannath of Pokkiri fame, Deverakonda plays an underdog fighter from Mumbai who participates in an MMA tournament. On August 25, the sports movie will be officially released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
