Twitterati Expose Taapsee Pannu’s Hypocrisy On Anurag Kashyap’s Case

Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap seems to be in trouble as an actress named Payal Ghosh has accused him of forcing himself onto her.

However, despite the allegations labeled on him, the director isn’t short of supporters, one of whom is Taapsee Pannu who has called Anurag Kashyap the biggest feminist she knows after he has been accused of Metoo.

What’s interesting is that when Metoo movement was on in full flow a while back and every girl, who once suffered, was coming out with her stories, Taapsee was the one who was supporting all the girls and was heavily criticizing those who were celebrating the accused.

But, on this occasion, she seems to be siding with the accused herself and her hypocrisy has been pointed out by a twitter user named Madhav Sharma.

Madhav, who is active on twitter with the handle hashtagcricket, put the screenshots of Taapsee’s two different social media posts, one where she is strictly speaking against celebrating the accused and the other where she herself is celebrating the accused.

Sharing those screenshots, Madhav called Taapsee the synonym of hypocrisy.

Anurag Kashyap has himself responded to the accusations as well and in a series of tweets where he has declared all the accusations against him baseless, he also seems to have taken a swipe at the actress Kangana Ranaut.

Kangana and Anurag had a heated twitter discussion just a couple of days ago.

Although Anurag didn’t take anyone’s name in his tweets, he addressed somebody as “madam” and said that she took more time than expected in her attempt to silence him. It is believed to be a swipe at Kangana.
