The wait is over for Lust Stories 2 after it has released on Netflix. After the huge success of Lust Stories, the fans were brimming with excitement for the second installment of the anthology film co-directed by Amit Sharma, R Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma, and Sujoy Ghosh. Reviews have started pouring in on social media and the film is getting the praise it deserves. On Sunday, Sujoy Ghosh took to Twitter asking fans to watch the film and reacted to a user calling his part of Lust Stories 2 the ‘weakest’.

The third story of Lust Stories 2 is directed by Sujoy Ghosh. It revolves around the story of Vijay and Shanti played by Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia respectively. The character Vijay is seen having an extramarital affair but he gets interrupted by his father-in-law just when he was about to meet his flame.

He changes his route and ends up meeting with an accident. When he takes it to a village nearby to repair his car, he is surprised to see his ex-wife in the village whom he presumed to be dead. Later on, the viewers get to know that Vijay has been dead all along too.
The story didn’t fall in line with the expectations of the fans and they were disappointed with the story. On Sunday, the director took to Twitter to ask the fans to watch the movie.

The director replied to the tweet with sarcasm and wit without being laced with malice. Sujoy Ghosh wittily asked the person to re-watch the second story on the anthology film the next time instead of watching his story.
