You spend the majority of your developmental years as a student. As a result, traits, preferences, dislikes, and concepts that we acquire in school frequently stick with us for a long time.
For instance, while I was in school, I believed that I was unfit for anything and that people like me were a burden to the rest of the world because my teachers and fellow classmates always told me that I am so disillusioned and not good at anything. And it’s not only my story, it’s the story of the majority of the people. We always some teachers and people because of our personal experiences.

Similar to how way you are treated by your professors and peers at school, the effects will last throughout your entire life. Teachers in particular have the power to boost or deflate your self-confidence.
Sadly, some educators believe that by treating pupils poorly, they are encouraging them to put in more effort. Abuse and disrespectful behaviour shouldn’t be seen as motivators. Motivation comes from inspiration and generosity.
Many of you who are reading this have probably experienced unpleasant school-related experiences. But because it just disturbs our mental tranquillity, many of us chose not to speak up. Unfortunately, some students choose to vent their dissatisfaction by being aggressive and nasty toward their teacher.
A Twitter user shared a screenshot where she was allegedly degraded by her teacher
A lady posted a screenshot of a conversation she had with her tutor, who reportedly warned her she “wouldn’t make it,” on Twitter. She told the teacher that she did well in her Class 12 board examinations and urged her to be kind to other kids who were in need of advice.
Along with the screenshot, Twitter user @hasmathaysha3 wrote in a caption,
“Two years ago, me and my friend decided to text our teacher the day our results come out 😀”

This led to many other people open about their own heartbreaking experiences in school
When I was 5 yrs old I couldn’t speak. Due to a health condition for 3 yrs. I was beaten in my convent school everyday because they thought I’m shy and wouldn’t read. I became a teacher myself so children who were like me would never feel disgraced and humiliated. I understand ❤️

My principal told my father i will fail in 10th standard. She said she will change her name if i pass. I’ll never forget the pain in my father’s eyes that day. I cried so bad
I secured merit & was one of the toppers in school. My father asked her if she will change her name 🤣

I was in a similar situation. I was targeted quite often by 2 teachers in my 11th and 12th. One even threatened to hit me with a rod in front of everyone. Luckily my mother came to my aid and complained to the principal.

Many people wear the mantle of a teacher and demoralize their students. Teacher is an influential personality in a student’s life If a teacher degrades a student, this leaves a lifetime effect on student’s life, some commit sucide because they feel so hopeless about their future.

My physics teacher in class 11 and 12 always used to degrade me because I was not from English medium. He said I will not clear even a single subject. I have cleared with decent score and I stood infront of him. He never even looked at my face 🤣

I can totally relate with this feeling.
Had a misfortune to have two such teachers in my life, who left no opportunity to ridicule and make fun of me in class.
I am thankful to my “i don’t give a damn” attitude which didn’t let me hurt and i continued what I felt right.— A K S H A Y G U P T A (@akshayji10) July 23, 2022
