Shah Rukh Khan’s most awaited film, Jawan, hit the big screens on the 7th of September and the fans can’t keep calm. 1. Reportedly, Rs.15 crores was spent on the set of the song Zinda Banda

As shocking as it sounds, it is true and an overwhelming piece of information as it is one of the highest amounts that has ever been spent on a set of a song in any Indian movie.

2. Jawan has used many real-life incidents to address severals corrupt issues

The film has used several real-life incidents as references to voice the corrupt issues in the country. Jawan has used the 2017 Gorakhpur hospital deaths where more than 60 children lost their lives to encephalitis due to negligence on the part of the government in supplying oxygen, and also the tragic Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster.

3. Ruben revealed that SRK said he’d have his scenes cut short rather than ‘his co-stars’

During a conversation with a publication, Ruben, Jawan‘s editor revealed that SRK asked to chop off his scenes if needed rather than cutting short the scenes of his co-stars.

4. Zinda Banda had a scene where SRK’s girl gang posed the classic Shah Rukh Khan pose

Apparently, Shah Rukh Khan persuaded his girl gang to do the classic Shah Rukh Khan pose in the song Zinda Banda. Sanjeeta Bhattacharya revealed during an interview that while shooting the choreography for the song SRK put forward the proposition that they all strike the iconic arm pose together.

5. In an action scene 50 cars were actually blown up for the movie

As reported by Mashable India, during an action scene shot in Aurangabad for Jawan, 50 cars were actually blown in flames.

6. Atlee Kumar made Shah Rukh Khan learn the lyrics for the Tamil version of the famous song Zinda Banda

To stick to the originality and connect with the audience better Atlee Kumar took it upon himself to teach Shah Rukh Khan the lyrics in Tamil for the song Zinda Banda. They could have easily dubbed the scene but it wouldn’t have looked so genuine and appealing.
