Well, that is pretty obvious because nowadays doctors, dietitians, the food magazines and, obviously, our parents ask us to have healthy foods which are less spicy and less oily. Even the chefs also try to make new recipes that are less spicy yet tasty at the same time. But we Indians literally crave for spicy foods, and that is something we have in our blood.
