On May 20, 2011, Pyaar Ka Punchnama and the short film 404 both debuted in theatres. Few people considered these movies much of a chance to succeed at the box office, but the Pyaar Ka Punchnama crew would later shock many.

Director Luv Ranjan’s film from the year 2011 presented the public with several amazing performers, including Kartik Aaryan, Divyendu Sharma, and Nushrat Bharucha. Although there are differing views on the movie’s portrayal of women in relationships, it nevertheless represents a unique approach to new-age romances.

In the film, three working bachelors fall in love with girls and experience the ups and downs of their newfound love lives. The masculine perspective dominates the film, which analyses contemporary relationships. The film is a tribute to all the discarded men and jilted lovers that are actively involved in relationships.

The film had both comedy and drama, and it also demonstrated the camaraderie that can develop between young guys who are going through similar experiences. It demonstrates every emotion that a rom-com has to have, including love, breakup, friendship, and anger.

Even though the reviewers had conflicting feelings about the film, the crowd adored it. The audience largely praised it when it aired at the Indian Film Festival in Berlin.

But now that Divyendu and Kartik have become such huge stars thanks to their hard work and the continuing search for fame, there was another actor from the same film who was predicted to be a major celebrity. However, he doesn’t meet the same fate as Kartik and Divyendu.

His name is Raayo S Bakhirta, and he portrayed Vikrant Chaudhary in the movie

Many believed that his breakthrough performance would encourage people to see him in several other ventures. That wasn’t the case, though, since he entirely disappeared from the screens.

I also became his instant fan after seeing the movie and thought that he would become a big star one day. But now, when I think about him, I genuinely want to know why Raayo wasn’t on the same status as Kartik and Divyendu.

Raayo recently opened up about this in his recent media interaction.

Raayo Bakhirta opened up about not attaining popularity like his other co-stars

Speaking about his time in Bollywood, Raayo said that he doesn’t think an actor should compete against any actor outside himself. He said,

“I believe each actor is versatile and different, so you can’t compare them. I’d prefer comparing my own work from film to film.”

Up till now, the actor has been featured in the films Unknown Caller, Ishk Actually, and 706, all of which were directed by Shantanu Anant Tambe. This made sure that Raayo would always have a following of admirers who enjoyed seeing the actor in whichever film he was in.

“I just want to act in as many different characters as possible. In the past, I have said no to some very important people, because I didn’t understand the ways of this industry. You live, you learn. I choose from what comes my way. I am not here to judge, there is an audience for all kinds of content.”
