Preity Zinta is regarded as one of India’s most fashionable and captivating actresses. She’s acted in films in Punjabi, Hindi, English, and Telugu. She is the daughter of an officer in the Indian Army. Preity Zinta’s father died in an accident when she was 12 years old, while her mother remained in a coma for over two years. Preity grew mature enough to care for her younger brothers as a result of this event in her life.
However, she always remembered her mother and loved her so much. Her prior relationship was with Ness Wadia, a businessman with whom she was at the time. However, they split together after a nasty brawl. Following that, on February 29, 2016, Preity married Gene Goodenough. On November 18, 2021, she had twins. Jai Zinta Goodenough was the name of the male kid, while Gia Zinta Goodenough was the name of the female child.

Preity Zinta is happily enjoying having twin kids Jai and Gia by her side. In November of last year, she and her husband Gene Goodenough welcomed their twins via surrogacy. The actress once admitted that as a child, she was so mischievous that she embarrassed her mother countless times. To get into a club, she once disguised up as a mature lady.
Preity revealed on Rendezvous with Simi Garewal that she feared having children because she was a child herself. She said,
“I think I have embarassed my mother a lot. Now that I have grown up and I see my friends with children, I am like ‘oh my god, I hope I don’t have kids like me’.”
She also added,
“I broke every rule, I was very, very naughty.”
She later went on to share her one of the “least shocking” stories from her naughty childhood. She said,
“It intrigued me to know what was happening behind those closed doors. I asked my mom once that ‘even I want to come for this party’. She said, ‘no, children below 18 are not allowed.’ I must have been 12. So I went to my mom’s cupboard, took out her bra and stuffed it up with oranges. I went outside to the club and stood like this (gesturing at her chest) and said, ‘I am 18, can I go in’. A guy kept looking at me.”
She said, implying the ramifications,

Preity spends a lot of time with her mother, who, like the actress, also lives in Los Angeles.
Preity sent a letter on Instagram last year announcing the arrival of her children. She penned:
“Hi everyone, I wanted to share our amazing news with all of you today. Gene and I are overjoyed and our hearts are filled with so much gratitude and with so much love as we welcome our twins Jai Zinta Goodenough and Gia Zinta Goodenough into our family. We are very excited about this new phase in our lives.”
The actress went on to express her gratitude to the physicians and surrogate “for being a part of this incredible journey.” She said,
“A heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and to our surrogate for being part of this incredible journey. Loads of love and light – Gene, Preity, Jai and Gia. #gratitude#family #twins.”
