Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are making headlines for their alleged divorce rumors. However, none of them have confirmed these claims that are being circulated on social media. A Reddit post recently went viral where a user allegedly claimed that Abhishek Bachchan is having an affair with his Dasvi co-star Nimrat Kaur.
Besides that, an old video of Nimrat Kaur and Abhishek Bachchan is doing rounds on social media from their Dasvi promotions. It caught the attention of netizens as Abhishek praised his wife, Aishwarya for being supportive and emotionally there for the Bachchan family.

Nimrat shares her views on marriage
An interview featuring the Lunchbox actress received considerable attention, where she answered the question of why she is not married yet. In a throwback interview from 2016 with IndiaTimes.com, the actress opened up about her marriage. Nimrat was heard saying,
“I was asked why I don’t want to get married, just because I am not married yet. I was like, I don’t know how you got this in your head! It has got nothing to do with not wanting to do something, just because I am currently not married. Marriage is something, they’re a matter of providence and they happen at their own time, when you meet the right person. I don’t think these things can be orchestrated (sic).”

Amid the rumors of Nimrat being one of the reasons for the riff between Abhishek and Aishwarya, an old video resurfaced. During the promotion event of the film, Dasvi, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Jr Bachchan said,
“My wife is exceptional at that. She’s always been an amazing emotional support for me. I’ve been very lucky, my entire family has been. The wonderful thing about having a life partner like Aishwarya is that she is from the business. She gets it. She has been doing it slightly longer than I have. So, she knows the world. She has been through it all. So, it’s nice when you come home and if you’ve had a challenging day, you know that there’s somebody who gets it (sic).”
He further added,
“She has been somebody that, I have always noticed, has managed to traverse some of the most difficult times of her life with utmost dignity and grace. I really admire that about her. Actors are emotional people, we’re very, very hyper-sensitive. and there are times when we might just want to lash out and we kind of explode. You can only take so much. I’ve never seen her do that (sic).”
While Abhishek was done complimenting Aish, Nimrat had a smile on her face throughout. She even commented that Abhishek was ‘very, very lucky’ to have a partner like Aishwarya.
