Indian actress Mrunal Thakur is one such star who has seen her popularity rise in recent times, especially after the release of her last film Dhamaka opposite Kartik Aaryan. Having predominantly worked in Hindi and Marathi cinema, the actress is now on course to make her presence felt in Bollywood as she stars in the upcoming film Jersey opposite Shahid Kapoor.
Mrunal Thakur is one woman who truly is shelling out inspiration for ‘body positivity’. There are only a few actresses in Bollywood who accept and love their body for the way it is, rather than using editing apps. A troll targeted the actress for her back and check out the befitting response the Jersey actress has in response.

Now, while fans are usually very supportive of actors and actresses on social media, there are times when some just end up crossing the limit.
Mrunal Thakur trolled in what was a perfect case of body shaming
Recently, Mrunal shared a video of herself practising kickboxing. The actress looked fierce and totally dedicated as she worked out with her trainer and called it a ‘regular day.’
As we know many Bollywood stars like Disha Patani and others often use the sport to stay fit and get in shape for newer roles in movies and web series, Mrunal too was doing the same.

Soon after, the video met a response from many celebrities including Tamannaah Bhatia, Mahima Makwana, and Made In Heaven actress Sobhita Dhulipala, who took to the comments section to compliment her.
However, unfortunately for Mrunal, there was a section of people who couldn’t help themselves from posting cheap body-shaming comments
One user wrote,

“Reduce the lower part natural looks better too fat illusion”
This can easily end up with a star actually losing their cool, however, Mrunal, handled it perfectly, and replied,
“Some pay for it, some have it naturally all we gotta do is flaunt buddy! You flaunt yours too”
Another user went to the extent of saying something very crass about the actress, he wrote,
“Back is like…MATKAA”
To this, Mrunal sarcastically wrote,
“Thank you bhaiyya ji”
Later, Mrunal was seen posting another Instagram story to share what she thought about the whole ordeal of body shaming
