Beautiful actress Ileana D’Cruz is a well-known personality in Tollywood and Bollywood film industries. She embraced parenthood with her partner Michael Dolan for the first time last year. The couple welcomed their baby boy on August 1, 2023. Ileana D’Cruz is an avid social media user, and she kept sharing pictures during her pregnancy to show her baby boy’s growing period. Her fans and followers loved them. Her pregnancy pics displayed how happy she was during that precious period of her life.
Ileana shared in an interview how her life changed after becoming a mother
In an old interview, Ileana shared how quickly her life changed after welcoming her bundle of joy, Koa, into her life. The actress revealed that most of her time was invested in shifting her base to the US during her pregnancy in the year 2023. She also added that she couldn’t work during her pregnancy journey though she wished to do that since she had some complications. She stated:

“Last year went by so quickly. I found out I was pregnant by the end of November 2022. Most of 2023 was around my pregnancy and moving base here in the US. I am very thankful to my mom for being there for me, I couldn’t have done anything without her. I had a few complications so I had to take it easy. I thought I would work during my pregnancy but my doctors asked me to rest it out. It was just a big happy bubble for me. It is just crazy how much your life shifts when you have a child.”
The actress also shared that she suffered from postpartum depression and thanked her partner, Michael Dolan for standing like a strong pillar of strength for her, she said:
“Topics like mom guilt are so real. I remember I was in my room, and I started crying. My partner asked me what was wrong and I told him, ‘I know it sounds really stupid but my son is sleeping in the other room, and I am missing him.’ So, there are these intense emotions you go through after having a baby. I still am going through it. I am thankful that Mike (Michael Dolan) is such an amazing partner. I don’t need to explain things to him. He makes me take a break and looks after the baby before I join in again.”
Even after being a doting mother to Koa, Ileana still reminisces about her pregnancy days. The actress recently took to her Instagram account and shared a throwback picture.

Ileana took to her IG stories and shared a beautiful monochrome picture from her pregnancy days. In the picture, she was seen wearing a black bikini and looked stunning. It was a mirror selfie clicked inside a bathroom where her then-slightly grown baby bump was visible.
Sharing that picture she mentioned that she was 4 months pregnant at that time, she wrote:
