15 Major Allegations Made Against Rhea Chakraborty In FIR By Sushant Singh Rajput Father

Sushant Singh Rajput father Krishna Kumar Singh (74), a resident of Rajiv Nagar locality, Patna, had been maintaining a stoic silence over the tragic de#th of his 34-year-old son on June 14. Mumbai police are already probing the case, and has questioned several Bollywood bigwigs including filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Rhea Chakraborty has also recorded her statement.

An FIR has been lodged on the basis of the bereaved father’s complaint on July 25 under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, Inspector General of Police, Patna Zone, Sanjay Singh told PTI.

This FIR filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father will have very interesting consequences now. Needless to say that this is a massive victory for all the fans of Sushant who were tirelessly campaigning for a CBI enquiry into his de#th. This ensures that the jurisdiction of the case will expand. Since Patna police has received an FIR, they are joining the ongoing probe. Patna Police may also start their own investigations into the matter and as a matter of protocol, Mumbai Police has to cooperate with them. The First Information Report (FIR) also names six others including Rhea’s family members.

The Patna Police has acted very swiftly after the FIR was registered at the Rajiv Nagar police station last Sunday. A four-member SIT of Patna Police has reached Mumbai and has sought all the relevant documents of the case. Mumbai Police will handover the copies of the same.

Below are the highlights of allegations made by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father K.K Singh in the six-page long FIR against Rhea Chakraborty:

1. Rhea Chakraborty took money from Sushant Singh Rajput and forced him to take the drastic step.

2. His father KK Singh also claimed that she exploited his son Sushant financially and forced him to keep a distance from his own family.

3. KK Singh alleged Rhea of breaching Sushant’s trust cheating him, and driving him to commit su!c!d#.

4. There was a dispute between Rhea and Sushant regarding the purchase of a farm in Coorg. Sushant wanted to buy the plot for organic farming. Rhea allegedly threatened to release the medical documents to Sushant to the media during the arguments that ensued between them.

5. Sushant’s father claimed that she threatened to destroy his son’s career by making public reports of his apparent mental illness.

6. In the FIR, it is also mentioned that Rhea Chakraborty had access to Sushant Singh Rajput’s debit and credit cards and used these to exploit him financially.

7. KK Singh alleged that Rhea Chakraborty changed his son Sushant’s mobile number so that his family couldn’t connect to him.

8. His father claimed that Rhea intentionally compelled Sushant to feel depressed and forced him to take the wrong medicines for mental illness.

9. According to Sushant’s father KK Singh, his son was cheated, he was held, hostage.

10. KK Singh alleged that Rhea Chakraborty didn’t let any of their family members stay close to Sushant.

11. He also claimed that Rhea Chakraborty called Sushant Singh Rajput to her home and gave him overdoses and told the media that he had dengue.

12. She has withdrawn about Rs 17 crore from Sushant’s account.

13. KK Singh said that Sushant Singh told him over the phone that Rhea and her family would not leave him, they would drive him mad.

14. When Rhea felt that the money in Sushant’s account was running out and Sushant was no longer of any use for Rhea, she left with all her belongings from Sushant’s flat.

15. Rhea even changed servants and confidants of Sushant, says the father in the FIR.
