The chat captured a moment of tension and regret, as the manager seemed to be apologizing and attempting to fix things after an unpleasant episode at work. Despite several attempts, including texts and even a missed video call, Ashutosh did not budge, making it clear that he had made up his mind.

“Again, I wanna say bro, sorry for yesterday. Don’t feel bad or take it personally. Always there for you.”
Shortly after, he even tried to call, followed by another message saying,
“Shaam ho gayi bhai, kahan ho?”
To this, the engineer replied with calm firmness,
“I am done sir, resignation mail bhej raha hoon aapko. I’ll not continue here.”
The manager tried one last time, asking,
“Can we talk?”
But Ashutosh ended the conversation with a simple,
“No, I don’t want to.”
