Social media influencer, YouTuber, and the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav got into trouble when an FIR was lodged by Noida Police against him and 6 people in association with a rave party where nine snakes were recovered. He was allegedly ‘supplying snake venom’ at rave parties and intoxicating youths. Cobras were found in a hall in Noida, Sector 49 during the raid. Snake venom was also present at the spot. The Noida rave party controversy made headlines.

The action by the Noida Police was taken in response to a complaint filed by Gaurav Gupta, an Animal Welfare Officer with the People For Animals (PFA) organization. The organization claimed that Elvish and other content makers had shot videos with snakes in Noida Farmhouses. The PFA organization that accused Elvish is founded and run by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi.

While calling for the arrest of the influencer, BJP MP and founder of People for Animals (PFA), Maneka Gandhi called for the arrest of the YouTuber and said,

“He should be arrested immediately. This is a grade-I crime – that means seven years in jail…PFA laid a trap and caught these people. He uses endangered species of snakes
in his videos. Later we got to know that he sells snake venom in Noida and Gurugram….”

After being accused of supplying snake venom at a rave party, Elvish denied all the claims and posted a clarification video

The reality show winner released a video on his social media accounts claiming that he wasn’t involved in the BJP MP whose NGO had filed a case against Elvish Yadav also stated that they had kept an eye on the Youtuber after they saw him using snakes in his videos.

I woke up in the morning and saw what kind of news being spread against me in the media. All the allegations made against me are baseless, fake and there is not even one percent truth in it. I am ready to fully cooperate with UP Police. My main request will be to the UP Police, the administration, and the Chief Minister, if I get even 1 percent involvement in this then I am ready to take responsibility. Whatever these allegations are, I have nothing to do with them. (Maine subah utha aur dekha kaise kaise news phail rahi hai mere khilaaf media mein. After posting his clarification video, Elvish takes a jibe at Maneka Gandhi

After posting his clarification video, Elvish hit back at Maneka Gandhi on social media platform X (previously known as Twitter). He quoted a video of Maneka Gandhi and wrote,

“Shocked To See Such People Sitting On Such Posts. Jis Hisab Se Ilzaam Lagaye Hai madam ne us hisab ki maafi bhi tayar rakhe (Madam should also prepare an apology according to the basis of the accusation.)”

Yadav didn’t stop here, in another post, he attacked Maneka Gandhi, by referring to her allegations against ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness), where she had previously called the prestigious religious group “the biggest cow traders”. After this, the religious organization has also slapped a Rs 100 crore defamation notice on BJP MP Maneka Gandhi.
