One of the most versatile and highest-grossing actresses of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone gave a block-buster performance once again. The actress is currently celebrating the success of her recent Bollywood hit Chappak where she played the role of an acid attack survivor which is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. As the film received wide publicity and appreciation of audience, the actress is all set for celebratory press conferences and programs.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married last year in a private ceremony held in Italy. This year however at a recent event, speculations were made by the media and the fans that the actress is pregnant as her outfit flaunted a baby bump which was a camera trick. The actress even commented ‘Daddie’ on Ranveer Singh’s Instagram post which raised the speculation of she being pregenant.

Recently, at a press conference, the actress set off pregnancy rumours by giving an appropriate reply to a journalist who asked her if she was pregnant. To this Deepika said:
“Do you see me feeling like I am pregnant? I will ask you when I plan( for the family ). If you allow me, I will expect it. If I am pregnant, then you will see in these nine months.”
Furthermore, when asked about her parenting plans, Deepika said,
“I think I’ll figure that out when it happens. I don’t know, I think it depends on when it happens in my life.”
She added
“Your child is a new born but you’re also a new parent and you’ve got to just figure it out as you go along,”
The pregnancy rumours started when Ranveer shared a picture of Deepika using the then-viral baby filter and added a baby emoji in her caption.
