In a bizarre incident, an altercation broke out between a CISF jawan and a female tourist at the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The dispute reportedly started over filming a video within the premises of the monument.

The incident, caught on camera and widely shared on social media, depicts the jawan forcefully pushing and hitting the woman to the extent that she fell down on the floor. A few other women were also visible in the video who were trying to calm the situation but to no avail.
The situation escalated so much so that the jawan proceeded and slap the woman and struck her with an umbrella that he was holding. The crowded tourist area witnesses the unfolding of this distressing scene, drawing the attention of onlookers.

Without further ado, the Police Commissionerate Agra issued a statement via comment on the viral video
Following the circulation of the viral video depicting the altercation between a CISF jawan and a female tourist at the Taj Mahal, the Police Commissionerate Agra has swiftly responded by initiating an investigation into the matter.
Via their statement, they assured prompt action. Furthermore, the authorities pledged to thoroughly examine the incident and take appropriate measures to address any wrongdoing. Their comment read as we quote,
“Necessary action is being taken after an investigation by the concerned person.”
