Controversies and catfights among actresses in the entertainment industry are not uncommon. Especially when they share the limelight and fans to please on social media. Recently, an Instagram post of two actresses led to one accusing the other for copying the poses and caption.
Huma Qureshi and Bhumi Pednekar are well-known actresses in the Bollywood industry. Both the actresses share the same birthday month. Huma and Bhumi will celebrate their birthdays this month but the actresses had a controversial exchange on social media.

The striking similarities between the latest posts of the actresses on Instagram led to the situation. Everything started after Bhumi Pednekar shared a carousel of pictures on Instagram in a tangerine bikini top and pants. In the first photo, Bhumi Pednekar positioned her face sideways and posed closing her eyes and holding a smile. She posed with her hands on the side of her head. In the second picture, the actor was seen striking a pose covering her face and smiling with her eyes shut.
Welcoming her birthday month, the actress had captioned it,
“Birthday Month…#sunday #cancer #hello #instagram #instagood #trending #goodnight.”
Actor Huma Qureshi accused Bhumi Pednekar of posting pictures in similar poses and the same captions on Instagram as her and called her a ‘copycat’
Taking to Instagram, Bhumi posted several pictures from her recent photoshoot. Reacting to Bhumi’s post, Huma commented, “Copycat” as two pictures were the same as Huma’s recent pictures that she posted on Instagram. To which Bhumi replied with a crab emoji and a heart.
Recently, Huma posted photos of herself on Instagram from her recent photoshoot. In her recent post, Huma posed with her eyes closed and her hands on either side of her head. She captioned the post,

“The Missing Last one #instaglitch ho gaya (happened)…. @sashajairam @who_wore_what_when.” Earlier, she had shared similar pictures in a black and white outfit. Huma had captioned the post, “Birthday month #July #Lioness @sashajairam @who_wore_what_when.”\
On the work front, Bhumi Pednekar recently finished the shoot of Lady Killer with Arjun Kapoor. Directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon, the movie is set to release in theatres on August 11. The actress will also be seen in the upcoming film Raksha Bandhan co-starring Akshay Kumar and Govinda Aala Re with Vicky Kaushal. Bhumi has several films in the pipeline including Bheed and Bhakshak.
