India’s family structure differs from that of the West. People from all over the world are very appreciative of India because of its enormous cultural and ethnic diversity.
That’s why, despite having so many caste, religion, creed, and cultural barriers, we often treated foreigners like celebrities, especially if they were married to one of our family members.

However, one thing that made us ashamed sometimes was our habit of meddling in other people’s lives and personal choices.
While many people treat their foreign family members like VIPs, others are just frustratingly peculiar about why they married a foreigner when their own country has more than 1 billion people.
A similar query was recently posed by a Twitter user for industrialist Anand Mahindra. Nonetheless, Anand Mahindra is not someone who shies away from speaking against these personal comments. Instead, he knows how to knock out the Twitter user in his own fashion.
And that’s why his response to the user has become the talk of the town. So, let’s find out what actually happened:

Anand Mahindra opens up about why he doesn’t have an Indian son-in-law
Mahindra recently shared a photo from an Indian bakery where the word “croissant” had been misspelled and replaced with the name of a common cold and fever medication, “Crocin.”
Taking to Twitter, he wrote,
“Well, at least my French son-in-law agrees that the Croissant is an effective remedy for all sorts of aches and pains….And we Indians have mastered abbreviated software programming language.. So why not?”

Anand Mahindra was commended for his humour by the majority of users who enjoyed the joke; however, one person tried to play the smart card with the multibillionaire CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra.
Taking to Twitter, he asked,
“None of my business But why not an Indian son-in-law?”

The man was criticised by others who entered the debate for asking a personal question. While many are criticising him for asking a personal question, others are asking about the problem of having a foreign son-in-law.
Anand Mahindra is one of the most well-liked businessmen in the country. Due to his consistent online presence, he has a sizable following on Twitter, and his amusing postings frequently go viral.
Anand Mahindra is the father of two daughters named Aalika and Divya Mahindra. He has previously discussed allowing kids to make their own life decisions as well. In an interview with The Economic Times in 2017, he said,
“There are absolutely no dynastic inclinations in my family. When I said I want to be a filmmaker, my father said fine. And when I said I’m coming into business, he said fine. We have a tradition of allowing our children to follow their hearts. And that’s what my daughters are doing and I’m very pleased.”
