According to reports, the first-day collection of the movie surpassed Pathaan’s first-day collection. The film Adipurush has been released in multiple languages and has special effects. The makers of the movie reworked the VFX and also the film to finally release it. Adipurush received mixed reactions from the audience who have already watched the movie after its release. According to a few film trade analysts, Adipurush will easily cross the Rs 50 crore mark on the first day of its release.

Film trade expert and producer Girish Johar said,

“It should be releasing across 4000 screens. There are shows as early as five o’clock in the morning in certain cities. That means that the dynamics of the box office will be very strongly at play. I think Adipurush, for sure, will take an opening in the range of Rs 40-50 crore across all the languages, which will definitely put the film in the list of the top ten highest grossers, all languages combined”

Some people reviewed the movie as a “Marvel kind of Ramayan” and some stated that the film has “third-class VFX”

The teaser of Adipurush was criticized by many for its poor special effects, but its trailer looked promising. Though some fans loved the movie, others found it a waste of time. According to the review of the fans, the first half of the movie looks promising but the second half does not live up to the expectations.
