There have been instances of delivery partners complaining that they have not received their deserved earnings from the company, accusing Zomato of cheating them. This time, a Zomato delivery partner took to social media to allege non-payment of joining bonuses and other incentives promised during the onboarding process.
The X user called out the company in a post complaining about non-payment of bonuses and incentives
In a post tagging Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal (@deepigoyal), the company’s official handle (@zomato), and customer support account (@zomatocare), the delivery partner voiced his frustration over missing payments despite completing the required tasks. He wrote,
Hi
@deepigoyal @zomato @zomatocare
I have completed the 70 rides in just 3 days after onboarding but can’t get my joining bonus. And apart from that, there were many extra gigs offering like 400 extra per order 90 incentive, I haven’t got any of that. Stop making us fool.
The Zomato delivery partner, Abhishek, also shared a screenshot where it can be clearly seen that he did not receive the payment despite completing the required tasks.
