Priyanka Chopra more popularly known as the Desi Girl or Piggy Chops has worked in some of the popular blockbuster movies. Priyanka Chopra had refused to work in various Bollywood movies for various reasons.

Here are some of the popular movies which were rejected by Priyanka Chopra:

1. Bharat– 2019

Piggy Chops had to walk out of the film Bharat due to her impending marriage with Nick Jonas.

2. 2 States– 2014

Initially, Priyanka Chopra was supposed to work in the film 2 States opposite to Shah Rukh Khan but both even Shah Rukh Khan had refused the role and hence the movie was acted by Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

3. Ghajini– 2008

You must be aware of the popular movie Ghajini but did you know that Pee Cee was initially offered the role. However, she had other commitments at that time and hence she did not want to be part of this movie which later became a Blockbuster.

4. Race 2– 2013

Priyanka had again rejected a movie Race 2 which was then offered to Deepika Padukone. Maybe she did not want to be a part of the movie as Saif Ali Khan was a part of it and she was having not so good terms with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

5. Cocktail– 2012

The popular role of Veronika was supposed to be played by Priyanka Chopra but she was unsure about this movie and had decided to walk out.

6. Singh Is Bling– 2015

The makers of this movie had initially approached the Desi Girl for doing the lead role. But she did not like the concept much and had refused to work in the film. The role was then played by Amy Jackson.

7. Heroine– 2012

Priyanka was the most obvious choice for the Madhur Bhandarkar movie. However, Pee Cee had rejected the movie thinking that it would be repetitive as she had already acted in fashion.

8. Kick– 2014

Priyanka was initially chosen as the heroine of Salman Khan however Pee Cee had refused the film due to unknown reasons and the role was later offered to Jacqueline Fernandez.

9. Robot– 2010

Priyanka was a chosen for a role in the movie Robot but she turned it down. Later Aishwarya Rai was approached for the role.

10. Sultan– 2016

This is the third movie which Pee Cee had refused to work opposite Salman Khan. This movie was a box office hit.

11. Happy New Year– 2014

The makers of this film had initially approached Aishwarya Rai and Priyanka Chopra but they both had refused the film.

12. Fanney Khan– 2018

Pee Cee was initially offered the role of the leading lady in this film. However, she did not like the plot and hence she had rejected the same. The film was later acted upon by Aishwarya Rai.

13. Happy Ending– 2014

Priyanka was the first choice for this film but she had refused to do for unknown reasons. Happy Ending had failed to make a mark at the box office.

14. London Dreams– 2009

This is another movie which Pee Cee had refused as she did not find it much appealing.

15. Main Aurr Mrs Khanna– 2009

This movie which had both Khan Brothers namely Salman and Sohail Khan was initially offered to Priyanka Chopra but she had refused the movie as she did not like the concept. This role was later taken up by Kareena Kapoor Khan.
