Man’s Hilarious Resignation Letter Goes Viral – The Internet Can’t Stop Laughing!

3 minutes read

Often seen as the foundation of rising economies, the service industry has seen tremendous change in recent years. Even though it continues to contribute significantly to both jobs and the global GDP, the industry is becoming more and more uncertain. These difficulties have raised serious concerns about the nature of work in the future and have greatly increased unemployment. This phenomenon also leads to compensation transparency.

Compensation is a symbol of an organization’s gratitude for an employee’s work and goes beyond a simple financial exchange. Over time, as employees develop expertise and take on bigger duties, they naturally believe their salaries will rise with these advancements. However, when these expectations were not fulfilled, employees started undermining their sense of worth and confidence in the company.
