Farah Khan Trolls Chunky Panday With An Epic Reply After He Says She’s ‘Overacting

Ananya Panday has gone a long way from her Bollywood debut in Student of the Year 2 to her most recent film Gehraiyaan. She is the daughter of famous actor Chunky Panday. The famous celebrity kid is quite active on social media and always shared some glimpses of her personal and professional life.

Ananya, who is renowned for her cheery and chirpy personality, received critical acclaim for her portrayal in the recent Amazon Prime Video film Gehraiyaan. Along with Ananya, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Deepika Padukone, and Dhairya Karva had major parts in the Shakun Batra directed the film. But overall, the actress was criticised for her alleged over-acting in other movies especially in Student of the year 2 and Pati Patni Aur Woh. Many people also dig at her by saying that she is the product of nepotism while some criticized him for her struggling remark.

Aside from that, the actress is expected to make his pan-India debut in Liger, starring South superstar Vijay Deverakonda. Mike Tyson, a professional wrestler, will also appear in the film. Aside from that, the Khaali Peeli actress is working on Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside Siddhant and Adarsh Gourav.

Recently, Ananya Panday posted a hilarious video on her Instagram account, which also involves choreographer-director Farah Khan. Ananya Panday is shown in a green corset top and matching slacks getting her makeup done for a shoot while simultaneously recording a video in which she introduces herself as “Guys, I am Ananya Panday,” before being stopped by Farah Khan. Farah then said,

“Ananya, Ananya, you have won the National Award for Khaali Peeli.”

When Ananya become enthusiastic, Farah Khan said,

“I am joking”

For the uninitiated, in the Housefull films, Chunky Panday’s character Aakhri Pasta says something similar. For a few seconds, everything grinds to a halt, and Ananya finally bursts out laughing.

Ananya captioned the video,

“50 rupay kaat overacting ke. Always the funniest time with Farah Khan.”

Apart from the video, the actor’s father, multifaceted star Chunky Panday, made a statement that drew the attention of the viewers. The Housefull star wrote underneath the video, ridiculing Farah’s acting in all good sense. He wrote,

“Farah you should get the award for overacting in this video.”

On this, the Main Hoon Na director replied to Chunky in such a hilarious way that the whole Internet was made chuckling. In response to the criticism, she wrote,

“Apni beti ko sambhal pehle”

By writing this, Farah tried to take a dig at Ananya’s acting skills and remind him to take care of his daughter first.

As soon as she said this, it became viral on different social media platforms. Many Internet users praise Farah’s subtle reply and on-point dig. Many fans told that she destroyed Chunky within a second while many fans called it an “emotional damage.”

Even Ananya’s mother Bhawna also commented on this, saying, “You and Farah!!!!” besides multiple laughing emojis. She posted another comment while praising Ananya’s stylist Tanya’s reaction:

“And the best actor award goes to @tanghavri.”

On the other hand, Farah Khan, who began her career as a choreographer in the Indian film business, made her directorial debut with the 2004 film Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, Tees Maar Khan, and Happy New Year are among her directorial credits. Mrs Serial Killer, starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Manoj Bajpayee, was also backed by her. Shirish Kunder, Farah’s husband, directed the film.
