Seerat Kapoor Responds After Trolls Call Her Allu Arjun’s “Property”

This controversy started when the actress posted the pictures from the private plane of Allu Arjun, and a netizen tried to troll her by claiming she is Allu Arjun’s property. Seerat responded strongly to the comment, earning praise from fans online.

The dispute was sparked when Seerat Kapoor posted pictures on social media from the personal aircraft belonging to Allu Arjun to commemorate the actor’s 44th birthday recently.

In addition to sharing the images, Seerat had posted a heartfelt birthday message to the actor, in which she had written,

While many were appreciative of the actor’s birthday wish on social media, there was one user who made an objectionable comment on the post under Seerat’s recent picture by referring to her as “Allu Arjun’s property” with a heart-eyes emoji.

Seerat Kapoor did not ignore the statement but chose to counter it with full vigor. Referring to the inappropriate statement made by the user, the actor responded,

Adding a ‘(heart eyes emoji)’ doesn’t make it sound any more respectful, sir. A woman is never anyone’s property. She’s her own person, with her own identity, dreams, and voice. Admire with dignity, not ownership. Stay blessed.

Right after the screenshot of the exchange hit the Internet, many people came out to defend actress Seerat Kapoor. They appreciated her for responding to that unwanted comment so elegantly and confidently. In addition, some Internet users have also commented on the fact that female actors have to deal with objectification comments each time they are associated with any male celebrity.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Seerat seems to be occupied on the professional front. Currently, she is shooting for the pan-India thriller Jatasya Maranam Dhruvam and Dil Raju’s musical love story Aakasam Dati Vasthava and has even signed an untitled Bollywood comedy with Vijay Raaz. Known for her electrifying screen presence, she recently wrapped up a high-energy special dance number for The Black Gold. On the other hand, Allu Arjun is busy shooting his next movie titled Raaka, which is a sci-fi action drama under the direction of Atlee.
