Vinod Kambli got married twice
It is not known whether at present Vinod Kambli lives with his second wife or not. Reportedly, in 2023, Vinod Kambli’s second wife accused him of assaulting her. Let’s get to know more about his two wives.
Meet Vinod Kambli’s first wife, Noella Lewis
The former cricketer got married to Noella at the age of 26. She was a receptionist at that time. According to a report in Aaj Tak, Vinod Kambli fell in love with Noella Lewis of Pune’s Hotel Blue Diamond. The cricketer dated the receptionist for some time and got married to her in 1998. However, the marriage didn’t last long and they soon parted ways.
As per a report in the DNA, in the late ’90s and early ‘2000s, gossip columns reported that the cause behind Vinod Kambli and Noella Lewis’s separation was Vinod’s excessive drinking. Additionally, some media reports also suggested that Kambli was allegedly involved with other women, though there was no proof to support the rumors. The actual reason behind Vinod and Noella’s divorce is still unknown.

After his separation from his first wife, Noella Lewis, Vinod Kambli fell in love once again with an established fashion model, Andrea Hewitt, somewhere around the year 2000. Kambli even converted to Christianity to marry her. After dating each other for six years, Kambli and Andrea had a court marriage in 2006. The couple were blessed with a boy Jesus (2010) and a girl, Johanna (2014).
In 2014, Kambli decided to marry Andrea again, this time with a luxurious wedding. But Kambli’s second wedding made headlines as Jesus Christiano was present at their wedding. They had a traditional Christian wedding ceremony that took place at Saint Peter’s Church on Bandra Hill Road.
Vinod Kambli was accused of domestic violence
Though everything looked fine, in February 2023, several media reports suspected that Vinod Kambli and Andrea Hewitt’s marriage was going through a rough patch. Soon it was made public that Andrea filed an FIR at the Bandra police station, accusing her husband of domestic violence.
Andrea revealed that Kambli allegedly threw a cooking pan at her, for which she suffered a serious head injury. The news was circulated all over but Kambli wasn’t arrested. As of now, it is not clear whether the couple is living together or not.
