A video of a teacher dancing inside the classroom to an item song in the presence of students has triggered many on social media. The angry netizens shared divided opinions on the viral video. The young teacher dancing to the popular dance number Kajra Re from the 2005 film Bunty Aur Babli has become a topic of discussion on social media.
The undated video shows a young teacher dancing to Kajra Re with the students cheering her enthusiastically
It is unclear when and where this video was first taken. It seems that the students were celebrating the birthday of their teacher. It can be seen that the blackboard in the classroom was decorated and it was written, “Happy birthday, Rashmi ma’am” in bold letters. At the request of her students, the teacher danced her heart out.

Never imagined we’d see a day where teachers are dancing literally on an item song inside a classroom. pic.twitter.com/4mKUl05RHY

The video caused outrage and led people to share their divided opinions on the same
Many people argued that it was inappropriate to dance inside the classroom, especially on an ‘item song’. A few thought that one should be more open-minded and that the dance video was harmless and there was nothing unacceptable.

Some people even suggested that the teacher should be fired, while some expressed that women are judged every time for everything they do as some cannot see others being happy and doing what they want to.

There was a time when teachers in the school were the moral compass.. role models.. if they’ve become chapris and honda shernis, it is natural that students will follow suit. All nonsense is being normalised.

Teachers are dating students they teach shamelessly, so this isn’t a deal anymore. In fact, I met a woman who was 28 and was a teacher on tinder, who said she had hooked up with a student who was 20.
Install tinder, talk to girls there and you will see how the world is changing…

You seem to be mentally ill and can’t identify between a dance during a teacher’s birthday celebration and an item song dance!

Now imagine if a male teacher would have danced with female students like this.
He would land straight into jail.— Mumbai Mangroves (@bureaucatrocity) March 16, 2024
This is ridiculous. What does she want 2 teach her students? Is this the way 2 teach? The student is giving her duppat 2 encourage her 2 dance during claz. Is this way of teaching acceptable in a teaching place?

It’s the other way round!
Aaj kal yeh ‘Teachers’ nahi hai jo dance kar rahi hain…
Yeh ‘Dancers’ hain jo teach kar rahi hain!
One can easily see how good they are as a dancer and as a teacher.

She’s doing well. She should do that in the auditorium not in the class itself.
