At this temple, the presiding god, or Swayambhu, is Sri Veeranjaneya Swamy. Lord Swayambhu Veeranjaneya Swamy is located on the large rock alongside the idol of Shri Vinayaka Swamy inside Garbha Gudi.

Sri Anjaneya Swami’s Vahanam is a camel that can also be seen on the temple premises in front of the Lord’s idol. It is made up of granite blocks covered in silver.

Sri Anjaneya Swami came to be recognized as one of Lord Shiva’s personifications. That’s why Shiva Panchyatnam was also located in this temple. There is also a figure named Nagaraj, who represents Subramanya Swamy in the form of a serpent.
