Salman Khan Once Opened Up About His Fight With Ex Aishwarya Rai, Threatening To Jump From Her Building

When Salman Khan acknowledged causing chaos outside of Aishwarya Rai’s house

In an open interview with the Bombay Times in 2011, Salman Khan discussed how he caused disruption outside Aishwarya’s house. When they were together, there was a specific occurrence that captured everyone’s attention.

On a November night in 2001, Salman allegedly caused a stir outside of Aishwarya’s house at Gorakh Hill Tower. According to reports, the actor was so upset that he slammed the door and threatened to jump from the building’s 17th story if Aishwarya would not let him in. At 3 a.m., Salman reportedly entered into Aishwarya’s house, ending the argument. Their relationship and public reputation had suffered as a result of the incident. Speaking to Bombay Times, Salman acknowledged, saying,

Yes, yes, there is truth (in these reports). But they are all exaggerated. I’m having a relationship with her. But if you don’t fight, there’s no love… Whatever fighting and possessiveness is there from my side and hers is all out of love… But I banged my car. I have now been told by the cops not to go to her building.

Aishwarya Rai once disclosed how Salman Khan had mistreated her

Before things became tense, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai had a lovely relationship. It was rumored that the actor intended to propose to Aishwarya for marriage, but she was not ready. Eventually, they split up in 2002 after a huge drama.

Although Salman admitted that it was just a normal argument that happens in a relationship, Aishwarya officially acknowledged their breakup and made grave accusations against him in 2002.

According to her testimony, she had been with Salman during his extreme periods of drinking and misbehavior. Due to this, she had to endure verbal, physical, and mental abuse, infidelity, and humiliation.

She went on to characterize her relationship with Salman as “obnoxious experiences” that encourage cleaning “dirty linen and other dirty truths.” This suggested that these experiences forced her to disclose unpleasant facts and private complaints about their relationship.

In a statement to the Times of India, Aishwarya called their relationship a “nightmare” and expressed relief that it was gone. Aishwarya talked about how Salman’s alcoholism and aggressive conduct—which included verbal, physical, and mental abuse—had hurt her.

Aishwarya also alleged that Salman’s friends and family were disseminating fake information to damage her reputation and business relationships.

Salman and Aishwarya reportedly began dating while filming Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The former couple’s chemistry made them one of the most talked-about couples and had high relationship goals. However, Aishwarya confirmed splitting from Salman in 2002. Even though a lot of time has passed by, many people are still discussing their connection.
