Since the first episode aired, Shark Tank India has been the most talked-about television show in India. The entrepreneurial reality show has gripped viewers for all the right reasons.
It’s the programme where aspiring entrepreneurs pitch their new ideas to judges in the hopes of receiving funding. Judges, commonly known as Sharks, require that entrepreneurs give them shares in their firm in return for financing.

The Shark Tank India judges have aroused viewers’ interest in addition to the contestants’ unique ideas. They possess some of the most well-known brands. Over time, these Indian CEOs have become well-known personalities in the business world, but their success was not easy. They worked really hard to get to where they are now.
BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover, Boat co-founder Aman Gupta, Emcure executive director Namita Thapar, People Group founder Anupam Mittal, Lenskart co-founder Peyush Bansal, Mamaearth co-founder Ghazal Alagh, and Sugar cosmetics co-founder Vineeta Singh are among the sharks on the show.
There were a few remarkable presentations among the over 100 pitches that Shark Tank India saw on its stage, either because of the effect of the candidates or the sharks’ replies. While several entrepreneurs dazzled the Sharks and us with their ground-breaking concepts, others left us with more questions than answers.
As entrepreneurs, both seasoned and hopeful, entered the stage to compete for investment, it was unsurprising that some situations caused friction between them and the sharks, some of which also gave rise to the show’s funny memes.
Young entrepreneurs displayed a wide range of products and services. When it comes to items, the majority of them are devices. However, numerous food and beverage firms have been on the programme and these are the ones that left the most of an impact on the judges and received offers. Below mentioned pitch is one of them.
Rohan Rehani and Nitin Vishwas, co-founders of Moonshine Meadery, hailed as one of the country’s and continent’s first-ever mead companies, delivered one such remarkable presentation.
Let me tell you that Moonshine Meadery is India’s first and Asia’s largest meadery company. Rohan Rehani and Nitin Vishwas, childhood friends and founders, founded the firm in 2018 with the purpose of bringing back mead, the oldest alcoholic beverage. It is created by fermenting honey with water, sometimes with various fruits, spices or hops.
The alcoholic content ranges from about 3.5% ABV to more than 20%. Mead was produced in ancient times throughout Europe, Africa and Asia, and has played an important role in the mythology of some people.

Sony has released a new video for their programme pitch, which contains their previously unseen pitch and their arguments.
With their industry understanding and product, the founders pleased all of the Shark Tank India judges. Rehani and Vishwas had requested Rs. 80 lakhs for a 5% ownership in the firm, which prompted the sharks to make an intriguing counteroffer. They received an offer of Rs 1 crore for 2.5 % of their firm.
The couple received an offer that featured a very uncommon occurrence. All five sharks wanted to join forces on a deal for 2.5% ownership. The candidates were given some time to consider the offer, and when they did, the sharks were taken aback.
To say the least, the judges were enraged by their rejection of the sharks’ original offer and the counter offer they made. While Vineeta Singh referred to it as “insulting,” Anupam Mittal cynically stated that their goal of utilizing Shark Tank to promote their business had been accomplished, even ripping a check in front of them.
