1. Trishula

The three spear-headed weapon carried by Lord Shiva is Trishula. It is one of the most powerful weapons that can be controlled by Shiva himself. Once unleashed, it can be heavily destructive and cannot be controlled. The Trishula can abolish any supernatural weapons that exist.

2. Pashupatastra

According to Hindu mythology Pashupatastra is one of the deadliest weapons of Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. This destructive weapon can be discharged by the eye, the mind, the words, or a bow. Arjun received it from Lord Shiva in the epic Mahabharata, but it was never put to use.

3. Sudharshana Chakra

The spinning disc-like weapon with 108 serrated edges seen on the index finger of Lord Vishnu is the famous Sudharshana Chakra. It was created from the dust of the sun and scraps taken from the trident of Shiva and was made by Vishwakarma- the architect of Gods. This weapon was gifted to Vishnu by Lord Shiva.

4. Brahmanda Astra

Brahmanda is supposed to manifest the 4 heads of Brahma, the god. This was created to counter all other weapons by the Saptarishis. Being one of the most powerful weapons it can nullify most of the deadly weapons released at it.

Even Brahmastra which is considered one of the strongest weapons can be neutralized using Brahmanda Astra. While defending the Vishamitra attack, Bramarishi Vashista used it.

5. Brahmashira

It is considered 4 times more deadly than Brahmastra. Brahmashira can cause massive destruction when used and it can make the land infertile for decades. In Ramayana, Indrajit (Meghananda) used it to kill 670 million Varanas. Aswasthama used it to end the dynasty of Pandavas in Mahabharata.

6. Bhargavastra

It is a weapon of Parashurama gifted to Karna. It has the power to destroy the whole planet if not taken back. It can release more powerful weapons which are powerful than the Indrastra.

7. Narayanastra

It is one of the powerful weapons that had to be obtained in the form of Narayana from Lord Vishnu and can be used only once in a lifetime. When used, Narayanastra creates millions of arrows and a disc-like weapon that can be very destructive.

8. Vajrayudha

The King of devas, Vajrayudha, known as Vajra (lightning), owns this weapon. It releases powerful lightning bolts making it one of the most powerful weapons known.

9. Teen Baan

Barbarika received this weapon as a boon from Devi Siddhidatri. Teen Baan is so powerful that it is believed if Barbarika participated in the battle of Mahabharata he could have finished the war in 30 seconds with the use of Teen Baan.

The weapon can release 3 arrows at a time, one to choose the target, another to choose the target to be protected, and the third to destroy all the targets not selected.

10. Brahmastra

Last but not the least, the most popular weapon of all time, the Brahmastra. In Hindu mythology, it is considered very destructive and as powerful as nuclear weapons. Other supernatural weapons don’t stand a chance against it and when released it can destroy everything.
